3rd party software for controlling LED strips

Hi all,

Recently bought in InWin 805 Infinity case, which comes with LEDs in the infinity panel and also an LED strip to be run through the case.

All good, LEDs work fine. Now, although the case is top-notch quality, the software to control the LEDs is absolute rubbish. There are no options in any way for anything, hell, I had to make a registry entry just to get the stupid program to open automatically when Windows starts up.

Now though it'll never remember your settings, i.e. next time computer is turned on, it goes back to the default solid red.

So my question is, the LED strips are connected via an internal USB port on the mobo, can I use 3rd party software to control the LEDs? They seem pretty standard themselves, they have the usual RGB sliders with 0 - 255 for each colour and breathing / strobing etc effects. Every time I google software to use I keep getting all results for general LED strips around the house etc.

Any ideas of a program I could use to control them properly? Have it startup with Windows using my last set colours?

Thanks guys / gals

Did you ever find a answer to this? I have the Corsair Commander Pro and RGB LEDs and fans. The software ( Corsair Link ) is a bit limited. I'm trying to find a substitute software that will load profiles automatically when I open certain programs or applications. It's hard to find any third party programs

Kinda haha. After doing a bit of research it is possible that the LEDs are compatible with the Aura software, so I'd have to upgrade the motherboard to one with LED headers. Still not 100% on this though.

Maybe check if yours are compatible too.
