I am looking for a gaming rig that can handle ARK, Watch Dogs 2, Rocket League, L4D2 and GMod at Ultra settings. And this is standalone no os or moniters mouses etc. Thanks!!

A GTX 1070 is going to cost you 200 dollars more atleast, and that's if you remove the ssd from the build. Take your time to do research on which parts that you think you need first.
