Will Upgrading GPU Bottleneck My PC?

yo, do u recommend the MSI RX470 4Gb or Gigabyte GTX1060 3Gb? and will my PC experience bottlenecking due to a Pentium 3.2GHz CPU?

Either of them would suit you. You wont be able to get maximum settings on either, CSGO you most likely will, but that's more CPU based, whereas BF1 is both, but the CPU optimisation is terrible, unfortunately.

If you care about getting settings as high as you possibly can, then the extra 1GB of VRAM would do you nicely, but if you want smooth gameplay then the GTX 1060 would suit you nicely too.

It's more of a preference, I'll recommend the GTX 1060 as it is the better card of the 2, but obviously has 1GB less VRAM.

Those cards both perform at really similar standards. It highly depends on what you would like to run. The RX470 would be nice due to having an extra 1GB of VRAM, but the GTX 1060 is a more powerful, energy efficient card. And it may receive some bottlenecking, but not enough to be worried about.

+1 To both of the above, would definitely be a nice upgrade, although a motherboard change may be needed, depending on which CPU you get it might not cost much.

You could easily upgrade to something like an i5 4460, i5 2500K and do a nice overclock on it, and it'll boost your performance, although it is an older generation of CPUs, the extra cores will make it seem quite new. Quite a lot of people game on a 2500K still, and the i7, a 2600K I believe. Either of those CPUs can be found for quite a nice price, and give you a great performance boost.
