Hello,
So i have a Strix GTX 950 and while playing Witcher 3 on high/ultra my card goes up to 73 degrees celcius with 55% fan speed at 23-25 degrees celcius room temperature..
Are the temperatures safe?
Also here is my overclock : http://imgur.com/a/mO34f

Solution
Its safe and quite normal for a card playing a demanding game. The card will throttle itself before it gets so hot that damage might occur anyway (but you're no where close to that).

I saw the error of my ways.

Safe? yes it is. It's well below throttling or shutdown temps..

At stock I like my temps.

I could overclock but I have a 60Hz TV and an SSD. I enable Vsync(stable at 59.9 or 60FPS) so higher FPS is worthless and my TV can only display 60FPS and my SSD makes my OS nice and quick. But, one day...

Well I HAD a 60Hz TV yesterday. Now I am on my archaic back-up CRT. Thankful for what I had and have. Wish I had better BUT until I can save up for what I want...
