Concern over high vcore

Built my first PC yesterday using an asrock z170 professional gaming i7, i76700k, and an evo 212 cooler. In the bios the vcore is showing on auto at 1.29v. On CPU ID the vcore hits a max of 1.37v and temp on the CPU gets to 75C while running real bench stress test. This all seems high to me for the CPU being stock at 4ghz. The only thing I've changed in the bios is setting the ram to xmp to run at 3200mhz. Any suggestions?

Auto vcore is usually pretty high but that is still in the safe zone for Skylake. If you want, you can set your own voltage and clock speed. You can set the multiplier to 44x and the voltage to 1.13v and see if the system is stable. If not, add 0.02v to the vcore and test again. repeat until the system is stable. That should have the system slightly overclocked at a lower voltage so faster speed and you should see lower temperatures as well
