Im wondering if my PSU can handle a Intel® Core™ i5-3470 Processor and a Nivdia GTX 750 TI graphic card without problems

Pc Specs
Processor: intel Core i3 2120
Graphic card: Nivdia GTX 750 TI
Motherboard: Joshua-H61-uATX (Joshua)
Ram: 8Gb Type: DDR3-1600
Power Supply: Don't know the name
PSU Form Factor Internal ATX
Internal 300W (100V-240V)

Side Question: Is having not enough power for your pc can damage the PSU?

Solution

Based on that compatibility list the i5 you want is supported. And you have the 750ti running already. You're fine.

A "no name" PSU is rarely a good idea.

That setup, even with a 3470 + 750ti is unlikely to pull more than ~210W at theoretical max load.... but if that PSU is true 'junk', then it may not even be capable of providing that adequately.

Could you provide any make/model or serial number that's listed on your PSU?

I deselected it for you. The PSUs in HP computers are usually decent quality. That CPU will barely draw more power so you should be fine. HOWEVER you need to make sure that CPU was available with that model PC, its possible the motherboard will not accept it. This is something you may be able to find on the HP forums.
