What is this black line when in games video below

Having this problem and not sure what is causing it please help

I get this black line on many games when I highlight or do certain stuff. Watch in fullscreen to see clearer

It is a pop up telling you each option does. Not a problem if I understood the question correctly.

Does it just happen in Blizzard games? Because I know for a fact that they do not support 10 series cards, and they do not support overclocked cards as well. They work but they get horrible performance, I know for a fact that people with 980 Ti's (about 30% worse than the 1080) are getting slightly better performance on the same settings in WoW. I get artifacts sometimes when playing WoW with my Zotac AMP Extreme 1080. The frustration is real.

However if this is a common occurrence across all games, you might have gotten a bard card and the voltage might be slightly too high, in which case you would have to contact EVGA to see how to solve the problem, they might suggest RMA or walk you through how to lower the voltage and get rid of the artifacts.

But if it's just Blizzard, we just have to power through it. It sucks I know, but it's their problem they need to fix.

If it shows up on other games, try what I described in the second half. Could be bad card or bad overclock. If you overclocked yourself you did it too high and the card is unstable.
