RAM and CPU compatiblity issue

my question is i have crosshair CMZ8GX3M1A1600C10B ram and i want to upgrade my cpu... may be i7 6700k but im bit confused... on pcpartpicker my ram and cpu shows issue of memory voltage as it exceeds cpu... what should i do help!!!!!! asap

If spending on a 6700K get a decent Z170 mobo, the bulk of which are strictly DDR4, running DDR3, you'll be looking at prob 1600 or 1866 for low voltage DRAM , which is under the base spec of the 6700K which calls for 2133 DDR4 and will inhibit performance
The RAM you listed is DDR3, the i6-6700k is Skylake and requires DDR4 RAM. There are a few boards that ignore this specification requirement but I seriously recommend not doing that and just buy some DDR4 RAM.

If you want to keep using your DDR3 RAM then stick with Haswell era Intel or anything from AMD.
