bsod after install gpu 560ti driver

hello everyone
I m facing a problem of BSOD at startup only when i installed gpu driver... Even i used the same versions driver before which works awesome... But recently i changed my hard disk and perform a clean installation of win7...but when i install gpu driver, after restart stuck at this bsod screen.

.what may be the reasons ??? any fixes or help will b appreciated...

I'm seeing some artifacting on that BSOD as well.

Here's what I would do:
1) Start in Safe Mode
2) Uninstall Display Drivers
3) Shut down the system, unplug it, press and hold the power button for three seconds to drain all remaining power
4) Remove the graphics card, make sure the PCIe connector is not deeply scratched and that there is nothing stuck to it
5) Put the card back in
6) Plug the system in, start normally, download latest drivers, install them and restart.

Please reply with results.
