It is strange because it is from 'last year I have this overclock! Better to revise everything and do it again from the beginning?

If that works then yes, may also want to check your temps, it it could be running hotter than a year ago for several reason, like room temp higher, dirty fans (CPU/CASE) or rare case the thermal compound is drying up on your CPU.

0 Freeze, but HIGH DROP FPS... Why?... I have an 4690k and GTX1060 6GB, 80fps on League of Legends ......

No when i was on Ovc my min fps was 120. (Locked at 144 because i have 144hz)

I try CS:GO, 150-280FPS, it's not normal. I see that my gpu usage is between 10-50%
