First of all you can delete the 450 MB Recovery partitions and no great misfortune will affect your system. But that's beside the point.
Presumably your Kingston boot drive is the 120 GB SSD, is it not? And presumably you want to clone the contents of that disk to your Samsung SSD, which I take it is the 512 GB drive, right?
Although the Macrium program should do the job with little problem you might as well use the Samsung Data Migration program that's bundled with the Samsung SSD as has been recommended. And assuming the d-c operation is successful, remember to disconnect the 120 GB SSD the INITIAL time you boot to the Samsung. It's also good practice to connect the Samsung to the motherboard's first SATA port (connector) usually...
