Be quiet Dark Rock 3 compatiblity with case (Nox hummer Mc)

Hello every one I'm try to build my new gaming PC ( all parts I choose here ) and I choose Be quiet dark rock 3 as a CPU cooler but I don't know if the case that i like ( Nox Hummer MC ) will be compatible with this cooler.

Note that:
- The case support CPU coolers with a maximum height of 161 mm (6,34 inch). More Infos
- CPU cooler dimensions (L x W x H ) 8.27 x 8.07 x 7.19 inches More infos

Those dimensions for the cooler are inaccurate, not sure where they came from. The shipping box may be that size. The cooler is L-150mm, W-137mm and H-163mm. It's around 6.42" tall, not 7.19in which would make it over 182mm tall. Either way if the case only supports coolers up to 161mm then no it won't fit unless the case tolerances are way off and it actually offers more room than it lists.
