Power Supply Fail

Hello,
I have a corsair PSU, and I plugged in a DVD drive. It didn't work, and it smelled burnt, then I plugged in another DVD drive, and it also didn't work. Again, it smelled burnt. I also had an SSD that was plugged into the same power cord, and after about a day of using it, also stopped working. I suspect that it is the PSU that broke those parts, because I tried them in a different system to check if they still worked, and they didn't. Is there any other way to make sure that the power supply caused this? Also, there is no visible damage to other components, but could it have damaged CPU, GPU etc.?
Thanks,
Jason

If the part is not working in a normally working system, the part is broken. I recommend not to test the PSU in another system since it may damage another one.
BTW, test only one part at a time and you will find which part is broken.
