Just got a new system with i7 6700k and an older H80i that a i had from last year.. everything is working fine, but the temperatures are worrying me abit. I have no idea what the i7 6700k normally operates at when cooled by AIOs so i want your guys opinion..
my idle temps are 20-24c
when starting up small FTT test on P95 26.6 my temps instantly go up to 64c~ after a bit of time(15 min) it tops at 70c.. this is all at stock speeds not overclocked at all... i was planning too.
previously i was using this H80i on a 4690k overclocked to 4.4Ghz temps usually tops out at 73c under Small FTT test..Stock used to top at around 58c
So does these temps look normal to you guys? im not too comfortable to start overclocking like this.. should i try reapplying thermal paste? i have arctic silver 5
