Quick question. With a core i5 6400 and a gtx 1060 gaming x 3G and 8 gb of ram. Does anyone have an idea if I can run ultra with more than 60 fps my goal is 100 if not 80 is fine on ultra if not possible how much fps would I be getting on high settings. Thanks

I'm playing on "competative" settings (thats how I call it): everything on minimum, except for shadows on medium, texture filtering and antialiasing on maximum and my i5-3570K is limiting my GTX 1060 6GB to around 150 FPS.

Your card should easily run on ultra with more than 60 fps.
Don't expect more than what I got though.
Surely Skylake is more advanced and faster clock-per-clock than IvyBridge but 4.3 GHz vs 3.1 GHz (maximum turbo boost with 4 active cores on the i5-6400) is still something to take into account. (if you calculate with 5% increase per generation, you should be sure to get around 130 fps)
You GPU should easily be able to handle that.
