any recomendations on ddr4 4gb modules wich is fastest

just want to get all the speed out of it i can not neccisarily 2133 vs 2400 memory but say 2400memory wich set performs best

MB is a H170 not sure as to wich one is on the way cpu not sure of either probably most likely a 6600k but posibly a 6100k or unlocked i3

H170 tops at 2133, so basically can go any basic 2133 set, I lean to GSkill, but most any brand should work fine

on the memory i only do mild overclocks so say 4.3 or 4.4 on a 6600k now with that can i OC the memory seperatly or does it scale with the cpu clock? can i get ddr4 2800 or ddr4 2666

I'd say 2666, no problem, and 2800 should be fine also, it will inpart depend on the MC in your individual 6600K, mine runs 16GB of 3200 at stock, others can't
