How much should i spend for 1080p 60fps Maxed/ultra settings pc build?

I am looking to build a pc i need basically 1080p all games 60fps at high settings. It needs to be around 500-700 It would help if you put a pcpartpicker link or put the specs and price so i can check it out.

Unfortunately, to get the performance you're looking for, you would most likely need a GTX 1070, which blows the vast majority of your budget.

You may get some good results with a GTX 1060, it is a pretty good card for the money and does well with 1080p.

But $500 is very much on the low end, and shouldn't be expected to max out games at 1080p 60FPS.
