Can't connect new PC to the internet! D:

So i recently downloaded Windows 10 (home i think?) x64 and just got it booted up on my new PC. Went to device manager and seen that I don't have ethernet or network drivers! Now, before I continue, id like to make sure everyone knows that i know the littlest about PCs, but excited to dive right in. If anyone could aid me into how I can correctly download the drivers and or connect through ethernet at all, that would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Specs:
i5 6600k 3.5hz
MSI H110M Gaming Mobo
ASUS Turbo GTX 1070
(I don't really know what else needs to be relevant, sorry ^,^

install the cd with all the drivers that came with the motherboard(including the lan drivers for internet).
if u dont have an external dvd drive, go to the download page of the motherboard and download everything and put it on a usb. than insert it into your new pc.

+1 install the drivers.

But first get into the MB BIOS. RESET to defaults. SAVE. This usually cleans up problems people have ona new MB with things like USB ports that don't work, network hw disabled, etc. Good idea to do this also any time you update your BIOS.
