Did an upgrade to X99, and my SSD raid array isn't reading one of my disks as a part of an array. Went from MSI GAMING 7 Z97 to MSI Gaming7 X99A. I have an 850 EVO and an 840 EVO. My 850 EVO is being read as part of an array, whilst the 840 is being recognized, but not as a non- raid volume. How do I proceed? I have my windows install on them. I still have the old Motherboard, so if I need to I can go to that then save the data on a hard drive or something

Ignore what I said bellow, you swapped motherboards, backup your files, re-install Windows clean on the drives, moving Windows setup from one motherboard to another is not a good idea.

Go back to the old setup, do an image backup of the drives. Install the new motherboard, create the RAID setup (which will wipe the data off the drives) and run the restore on the new RAID setup.

Since you have two drives, I am guessing this was a RAID 0 setup? Those are usually not recommended, with an SSD there is no need for the extra speed for the trade off of harder configuration and data loss risk.
