im getting horible fps drops in diablo 3 certain areas. opening npc.s etc. as soon as i close the tab of a npc or stash the fps jumps back up to 75+ but while in npc or stash the fps drops to 2-10 fps. noticed that my cpu running on average 65 degrees c not on a load.. might that be my problem? or is it somehting else since it only happens at certain points of doing something in the game
