Hi,everybody. I recently moved my inspiron desktop(No modifications) to a new case and now I get no video output. I am a geek when It comes to computers so...
I've troubleshooted the ram
I've troubleshooted the motherboard
I hit this button on my PSU that tests the power and my fans ran so no PSU issue
When I hit the power button It turns on and the fans run at normal speeds just no display(I used my VGA cable and I tested is on a laptop and it worked)
I try using a hdmi cable to and the same thing
Have no graphics card(Just on board graphics)
I've also read other forums on this and I found no solution.
If you have any questions please ask me
Thank you for all the tech people out there and I hope I can get a solution soon. :)

Solution
Possible short between the MB and the case.
Possible crimped wire.
Possible missing/not correctly seated 4+4 power connector.
Possible something broken when you moved the case.

Pull the RAM out and see if the system does the 'beep code' for no ram. Google "beep codes" The specific codes for your PC will likely be in your PC manual in the trouble shooting section. They could be lights instead of beeps or a displayed error code. If you do not get the "no memory" beep code then your PC is failing long before the video would be initialized.

There is a good sticky on debugging "no boot/no video" problems. http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/261145-31-perform-steps-posting-post-boot-video-problems
