I still using my onboard audio solution from Asus Z170-A, and planning to upgrade it to either Strix Soar or Fiio E10K (my budget are somewhere between them). My headphones are Samson SR850 and Sennheiser 202HD. I'll mainly gonna use it for gaming and watch movies, so any suggestion will be appreciated. Thank you.

In all honesty, with both headphones having an impedance of 32Ohms, your onboard soundcard should be more than capable of powering the headsets without fear of dulling/fading. The soundcards you're looking at are better solutions for higher impedance/more expensive range of headphones. In retrospect, for a stereo output, you're more than fine.

Investment evaluation, you don't spend ~100USD for a ~50USD headset.

My 2 cents.
