I recently upgraded to a Asus R9 390X, along with a new PSU Corsair RM650x. Very occasionally I will get full system freeze on game load up, sometimes it doesn't freeze at all and it's not specific to any game. Most of the time it happens after I've recently booted up the machine. Video output stops and I have to reset from the machine to restart. I've used DDU to get a fresh Driver install and run multiple bench tests underload. I've read a few things how this could be Windows/SSD/Motherboard or even a RAM issue. Where is the best place to start to fix this issue?

AMD Radeon R9 390X ASUS
