Hey guys, just made an account on here as it seems like a great community for getting any information needed. I just recently completed my first ever build(love it) and im just looking to get a "yes, that's fine" from some people basically. I'll let you guys know what my build is first.

MB: ASUS Z170-A
CPU: Intel i5-6600k
GPU: ASUS GTX 1080 (Strix ROG)
RAM: Vengeance LPX 2x8GB @3000MHz
Cooler: Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO
PSU: EVGA 650W G2
Case: Thermaltake Core V71

Currently using my same 1TB HDD from my previous PC, planning on getting a 250GB SSD and possibly water cooling eventually.

So, in my BIOS i enabled the XMP profile which is working fine for my ram, checked CPU-Z and they're operating at 3000MHz. I've never OC'd anything before, so i went for a minor OC with my CPU and set it at 4.0GHz with the voltage set on offset instead of auto, did the smallest increase possible with that option being +0.005. I installed and ran Prime95 v26.6, i also have Real Temp/CPU-Z/HW Monitor running and i'll post a pic below with all my temps etc. Comment with what you think of it all!

My idle CPU temps are ~26c with an amibent temp of ~24c
