Does arms need to be always in a kind of 90 degree angle when gaming?

I ask this because I have a keyboard tray desktop, so the space is reduced in the tray (most with my corsair strafe) and I play the game Osu! with a graphic tablet, so I always put the tablet down of the keyboard close to the edge of the ENTER button on the 10 keys.
I will want to know some setup tips for ergonomics.

Sometimes I use a Logitech G13 game pad with a mouse and I set them both on one of those over sized laptop pillows and kick my feet up on my desk and lean waaaay back in my chair. Other times I play games with a wireless Xbox 360 controller even when the game would probably be better off with a mouse & keyboard; never shooters but mostly games where you use melee combat like Skyrim or Dying Light.
