RAM: 2x8 16gb DDR4
HDD: 2tb WD Blue
GPU: Gtx 1070
PSU: 750W
FAN: Hyper T4
Case: Spec 01

Im getting all this for around 1170$ from a local shop.

Questions: Do i need a SSD.

FYI: I live in the UAE and am getting this price at a local shop

consider 500 watt 80+ gold power supply such as EVGA G2 series or corsair RM series.
you'll benefit from SSD for its high read/write ability, if you mostly work on > 500 MB file, investing on SSD will save you times.
what you're goin to do with GTX 1070, gaming or video/3D modelling?

Im gonna use it for gaming, mainly light video editing like 1080p and photoshop
