Screen says to hit either f1,f12 tab or enter but keyboard is not working

Look at the back of your system tower.
You should see a round type connector in green and purple.
Above or bellow it you should see two usb ports.
Connect both the mouse and keyboard to the two usb ports where stated.
You should now be able to press the keys from F1,F2 to the tab key, where it will enter the bios setup of the motherboard so you can configure the system and interfaces setting them up.
