Hey I am new to oc so i want to knw if it is worth oc my gc.

gtx960
i3 3220
8gb ram

Also how do i knw if the setting is safe?

If you would like to overclock your 960 user msi after burner and you can turn it up a decent amount, it will let you turn it up as much you want without adding voltage and don't add voltage because more voltage equals more heat and more heat is not a good thing.
