Your build will do, though it needs some improvement.

1. Always run your RAM in dual-channel (using 2 sticks) rather than in single-channel (using 1 stick).
comparison: http://ram.userbenchmark.com/Compare/HyperX-Fury-DDR4-2133-C14-1x8GB-vs-HyperX-Fury-DDR4-2133-C14-2x4GB/3555vs3554

2. I'd switch out the PNY SSD for a better quality SK Hynix SL308.
pcpp: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/D28H99/sk-hynix-sl308-120gb-25-solid-state-drive-hfs120g32tnd-n1a2a

3. Your cheap PSU is low quality and i'd switch it out for a far better quality PSU.
E.g Seasonic M12II-520 EVO, pcpp: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/D28H99/sk-hynix-sl308-120gb-25-solid-state-drive-hfs120g32tnd-n1a2a
Or slightly cheaper and fully wired S12II-520, pcpp: https://pcpartpicker.com/product/fZyFf7/seasonic-power-supply-s12ii520bronze
(Got the S12II-520 in my AMD build, specs in my signature. PSU is 3 years old and still running strong.)

MB - Look toward B150 or H170 chipsets for their (available) four memory slots.
MEM - H110 / B150 / H170 are limited to DDR4-2133
SSD - Do yourself a favor and go with a larger SSD now. 120GB is pretty small and will fill up quickly.
HD - Expensive!! The WD Blue is the same price for double the space.
PSU - XFX, Seasonic, the EVGA G2 lineup, or filter through the Tier 1 or Tier 2 list. www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html
MONITOR - Changed to an IPS panel for a better viewing angle.

To be fair, not counting mail in rebates, the OP's build was way over budget too.
