I have a dell N5030 laptop and it currently has a Pentium T4500 possessor can anyone please tell me if I can get a better possessor

Solution
Theoretically you could, but replacing it is not an easy job, if you don't know exactly what you are doing you could end up breaking your laptop.
Here is a list compatible CPU's:
http://www.cpu-upgrade.com/CPUs/Intel/Pentium_Dual-Core_Mobile/T4500.html
Compatible means they fit in the same socket (Socket P), however it is certainly not guaranteed that the highest rated CPU's will actually work. As I understand the T9500 will work for sure, higher rated CPU's might not work.

Solution
Compatible CPUs must:

-Have the same or lower TDP
-Have the same socket

Even if they have those two things, they still might not work if:

-They use a different lithography
-They use a different generation of core design

^ These factors depend on whether the laptop's BIOS has support for later generation CPUs, which OEMs like Dell don't typically bother to add. You could contact Dell for a complete list of supported CPUs.
