So i have an Asus Z77-A and from what i can see it has 1 cpu 3-pin connector, chassis 1, chassis 2 and pwr connector. I have 1 120mm fan at the front part pf the case sucking air inside the case connected to the psu, 1 80mm fan on my corsair cpu cooler sucking Air connected to the cpu mobo 3 pin connector, 1 80mm fan on the cpu cooler blowing air to the rear of my case connected to the pwr mobo 3 pin connector and 1 120mm fan at the rear of the case to blow the air outside the box connected to the mobo's chassis1 3 pin connector.

Should i change anything to mysetup? I read a while ago that the pwr mobo connectors are there for monitoring the psu fan.

Should i connect the cooler's second fan to chassis 2 instead of pwr connector?

Also, i have 1 120mm fan on the door of the case, this one should blow air in or out of the case?

So i leave my setup as it is and just move the cooler's exhaust fan to chassis 2 although it's weaker than pwr?

Weaker? the fan speed is not the same ? Best advice..monitor you cpu/gpu temps and change the fans to balance the need for cooling/need for quiet. Usually it's better to have a bit more air entering the case to ensure hot air is exhausted.
