When i start my pc, i went to bios and it says my cpy temperature is 79c even when i just started my computer and i just got a new corsair power supply 650w +80 white, why's that?

Solution
I dont know. Poor cooling would be the obvious answer, your power supply is going to have nothing to do with it. What cooler are you using? It probably wasn't mounted properly, or you didn't use near enough thermal paste or none at all.

Also, depending on the cooler, there may have been a clear plastic sticker on the bottom of the cooler and if not taken off can seriously impact the cooling ability of the cooler. I found that out the hard way on the 212 EVO, stupid me.
