So i had some problem with my gpu before, the screen was turning to green everytime when i tried to play games ,some times even the whole pc froze and i had to shut it off manualy . So i took it to service where they fixed it and they said that the bios needed to be updated. From that time to now the pc was working good , but now its started over again and i noticed that my card is getting everyday worse. First time when it happend i played Rainbow Six Siege and my game crashed and it said that the card driver stopped working but then after its restored it self. I started the game again and it happend again. I was doing the basic stuff after this , like reinstalling the driver. Second day i tried to play it again , but whenever i started the game it instantly crashed. I checked Rust as well and its did the same thing. Then Left 4 Dead 2 , and it was working fine i could play with it 90 min without any problem , but the third day it was crashing on left 4 dead 2 as well. This is my problem . :(

Solution
The problem you post could be because your PSU is weak / defective, overheating GPU CPU.
Did you monitor your temps ? Did you try with another PSU ?
It could also be because of bad / corrupted GPU drivers.

Maybe the GPU wasn't defective in the first place, what proof did they give you ?

But do you have any idea , what it could be ? Actully i am as well thiking that this card is bad ,but i dont want that to be a wasted money , its not even 1 years old. :/

When asking these sort of questions it helps us help you when the question contains specific information. is not specific. MSI Radeon R9 390 DirectX 12 R9 390 GAMING 8G 8GB 512-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready CrossFireX Support Video Card is specific.

Apart from that it's up to the company's warranty. It's already been said the warranty probably lasts for 3 years. If my EVGA 970 FTW were to be acting like your card I would be on the phone with them and following any troubleshooting steps they could provide. A screen turning green is indicitive of GPU issues and not settings or changes the user has or can make so the problem would most likely be due to manufacturing and as such it's up to manufacturer to correct that issue because it is still under warranty. You would need to begin an RMA procedure with the card's manufacturer.

Let them know it's problems and that it is not a game specific issue. Their first steps for you would probably be to make sure cables are connected properly and the card is fully seated and all PCIe supplementary power cables are fully seated as well. I don't see anything a user can do to correct this.

It will not be wasted money. This is a manufacturing error. This is nothing that a customer has caused. They would need to honor their warranty and replace the card free of charge. There may be a one way shipping charge that the customer is responsible for.

I dont think the psu is weak cause when i get it back from the service everything was working fine for one month or so, but then after started it over again. The temps are also good nothing to worry about , everything is fine. Only thing i dont understand ,if you say that my psu is weak or my gpu is bad , then why it worked for 1 month withouth problem when before it was bad. They even told me that the hardwares are good , they only needed to make a bios update , but when myself made it nothing changed. Also when i got back the pc they installed a program called a Asmedia ASM104x USB 3.0 Host Controller Driver (Asmedia Technology). I still dont know what is it but then at the first day i uninstalled it and nothing changed.
