130w rated be quiet! SHADOW ROCK LP cooler for 140w rated i7-6800k?

Like the title says, i'm wondering if a be quiet! SHADOW ROCK LP would be a good fit for an i7 6800k with little to no overclock. Reason i'm going for a low profile cooler is the case i've picked out is slim: http://www.lian-li.com/en/dt_portfolio/pc-o7s/

Turned off by liquid cooling because the possibility of leaks.

If ya'll know of other low profile air coolers with better performance/higher wattage ratings than be quiet! Shadowrock LP let me know!

Hard to say,you really should own such a combo to be sure.Going by reviews would i personally get the following one,

If you insist on using an air cooler that is.In the reviews it seems to cope with overclocking and thus heat better than the Be Quiet.
Why that high tdp cpu anyway? What are you going to do with that pc that requires it ...
