HD and WIN10 Problems

Hello everyone, recently i started getting some strange problems with my HDD. Sometimes when i click to open file explore i got this screen:

And no matter what I do i cannot acces C or D drive true windows (true command prompt i can acces easly). But if i try to start some program or games that are on C or D drive they are running normaly.

Any help would be appreaciate.

I'd strongly recommend you check your connections to this HDD inside the PC. If it's a desktop, make sure you swap the SATA cable and the SATA port where this drive is currently connected to the motherboard. If you have access to another computer, it might also be a good idea to check how the HDD is recognized there. How many storage drives do you currently have in the system? If the cable/port swap doesn't improve the performance, try everything to access the data on the drive and back it up somewhere else immediately. If the HDD is failing, the files could be in jeopardy. :(
Once you have successfully backed them up elsewhere, use the HDD manufacturer's brand-specific diagnostic tool or a third-party...
