Full HD vs HD laptops with the same specs, which one will have better performance?

Will there be a difference in performance in terms of photo editing, multitasking and some gaming (not heavy games) between laptops with the same specs but different screen resolutions (1920x1080 vs 1366x768).

For example:
Intel i3 5005U / AMD Quad-core A8-7410
RAM 4 / 8 GB
GeForce GT 920M 2 GB / Radeon R5 330M 2 GB

1080 will take more resources than 720p, so given identical laptops, the 1080p one MIGHT have less performance.

However, do not choose an amd apu for a laptop if you can choose intel for the same price.
