Hi guys,I was wondering will my system bottleneck a GTX 1080? My CPU is:I7 3770K(turbo boost 3.9) RAM:16GB DDR3 1600Mhz

No you should be fine. What else do you plan on doing? Even though it's a 3rd gen CPU, you still have enough power to do pretty much what modern CPUs can do.

I intend to play the newest titles maxed out and maybe some light work in Photoshop or After effects.

Game at what resolution and Hz? At 1080/1440p 144Hz id expect some bottlenecking in cpu heavy games. At 4k 60Hz it will be fine.
