So I just recently purchased new processor, motherboard and cooler.
Did a little bit of research on the fx-9590 but surely not enough, since the problems occured right after first launch.
The issue is fps drops every few (2-6) minutes. I had Openhardware Monitor open while playing Overwatch, and every time the FPS dropped, all of my cores dropped to 1406 MHz.
I've been looking through tens of posts regarding the same issue, telling me to disable cool and quiet etc. None of these being effective.
So far I have tried
- Disabling cool and quiet from bios
- Setting minimum processor state to 99 and 100
- Messing up with power management and high performance computing in bios
The weird thing (atleast I think) is that while im playing CSGO which is a CPU dependant game, im having perfectly fine and stable FPS even on a crowded server, but when im playing Overwatch, which requires more from GPU, im having these issues.
I am currently running out of options. I've been thinking about underclocking my processor which I would be perfectly fine with. I tried to change my processor to 4.6 ghz, which gave me a boot error or such. (I'm not really good with these things)

Graphic card: Nvidia Geforce GTX 660
CPU cooler: Cooler Master Seidon 120V ver.2
Power Supply: Corsair CX 600W
RAM: Two of 4GB ddr3's, HyperX and Corsair
Case: Comrade midATX
