Which is better among these 2 procesors for gaming?
I will be using a gt 730 2gb ddr5 version with it (not the ddr3 version, there is a huge difference among these 2 versions).

Okay, so the problem is just textures not loading? No weird visual anomalies? And only in GTA 5? Then you're probably right, it's not the GPU.

As for your original question: it really shouldn't matter. While they're both under the recommended specs, they should run fine. I personally would recommend the FX4300 if you don't plan to upgrade any time soon, or the G4500 if you're planning on upgrading within a few years.
Single core speed is a bit better on the pentium, however the AMD has more threads.

Other thing to consider is that the AMD has low upgradability, whereas on the Pentium you can go all the way up to intel i7 7700k if you wanted to, for instance.

Madmatt is correct with the GT. It's not a real gaming card, even when it was new. What kind of games are we talking about here?

Right now I am having a core 2 duo e7200 and when i play gta v the fps i am getting is around 35-40 on medium - high but i am experiencing dissapearing textures. So i just wanted to fix this. Do you think that the processor will fix this?

35-40? What resolution?

Both your CPU and GPU are very poor for gaming. You should upgrade both. However, if you can only upgrade one and you're experiencing visual artifacts, you'd have much better luck upgrading your graphics card.

Resolution 1366x768. And i cant upgrade both at the moment. I have researched on this and found on many forums that the texture disappearing in gta v is due to either a weak processor or because of the HDD, that is why decided to buy a processor first and will look for a gpu at a later stage.
