AMD Wraith vs SilentiumPC Fortis 3 v2

I'm trying to decide between the AMD's Wraith cooler and SilentiumPC Fortis 3 v2 for a FX-8370E. I'm probably going to overclock it to 4.5 GHz or similar. Which one should I buy? Also, I was not sure which category to put it in - there seems not to be a cooling one.

If your dead set on those both go with the Silentium. If you want one that is going to cool far better and also is very cheap and I can vouch for personally over clocking my 8350 on it get this http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835103099

Not necessarily I'm just talking from experience with the cooler, I have never heard of the one you linked but it looks pretty solid and looks far better than the 212 and if it's the same price I'd jump on !
