So, I'm planning on building a PC that can play games like GTA V with good quality and also be good for Video editing on Premiere Pro and After Effects (Nothing too much i.e no special effects just text animation)

Storage: Western Digital 1000 GB, 3.5 SATA 7200 RPM = $54.80
Memory: Kingston 8GB (2 x 4GB) 160 MHz = $79.00
Video Card: MSI GTX 1050 2G OC GDDR5 2GB = $153.27
CPU: Inter i5-4690k = $334.44
Motherboard: ASUS Intel H81- Plus = $72.52
PSU: Chieftec ECO GPE-500S, 500W = $45.64
Total = $784.97
The prices are in correspondence to my local store.
I'm also kind of on a budget so if there's anything i can replace with something cheaper that offers a good enough quality do tell! Thanks in advance!
