So basically I need a gaming setup for the price of 1300 dollars. By "setup" I mean 1080p monitor, non- expensive keyboard and mouse, and computer build. I don't need anything incredibly fancy like razer keyboards or anything due to price. It would be great if it did not go over 1300 because it's a very tight budget. Thanks in advance!

MSI Mortar and Avexir Core both come with red LEDs, and the Cooler Master Devastator II is available with red LED on Newegg as well. A few days earlier the ASROCK Z170 Pro4/Gaming K4 board which are great at overclocking i5k was available at <$100 price range with rebates, while the Pro4 is very often available as a combo buy with the i5 6600k, the Gaming K4 isn't though.

You can spend more to swap the graphic card to the G1 Gaming for the metal backplate instead of plastic of the WF2OC edition and LED if you want more flashy stuff.

Slightly more money for Windows 10 Installation to come on an USB drive. Faser installation and no need to be tied down with ODD. Plus this is the retail version, the license won't be tied to just this build, this motherboard.
