The RX 480 will be fine with a quality 350w unit even, it'll only draw about 300w under load, nothing to worry about OP, even if it isn't a high quality unit, this statement being applicable in the case that it isn't a complete garbage unit that is.

i believe RX480s are recommended to be powered by 500w and above. If it is a top tier PSU youll probably be alright, but if it is anything less i would be cautious
Make and model of the PSU? Btw that cpu and motherboard are a poor combo as the boards weak VRMs are likely to cause the cpu to throttle under load, which is probably why MSI left the 8350(and other 125w Vishera cpus) off the supported CPU list. https://us.msi.com/Motherboard/support/760GM-P34-FX.html#support-cpu

My personal experience with the FX8350 and motherboard is that they tend to be power hungry, 180-200watts under load. The GPU is listed as 150W TDP. So my answer is.....if you have a reputable, name brand power supply, you're fine.
