Computer turning on and instantly back off!

Ok so i got all my parts and i built my pc and im missing the Pled+ and - But my computer turns off then on instantly anyone willing to help on skype ts or something really want to build my pc today

A full list of your parts would be nice.

Make sure all your cables are seated securely, reseat your ram, did you use motherboard standoff's? Make sure nothing is shorting it out.

Well i was hoping someone could call me on skype or something and help because im kinda noob could you do this for me if you want i could probobly pay if i really have too. I want to get this built

Yeah i just feel like ive tried everything im losing hope i have been building for 8 hours like im so annoyed just unplug repluged everything.
