RCA voyager maybe.
I have an RCA Viking pro and a Maven pro and they are very very nice for the price. Last I checked all three could be rooted easily and have very little bloat. The Viking pro came with marshmallow. All share the same SOC so the performance should be the same.
you get what you pay for and I have had much worse for more money, the viking pro was 79.99 at wal-mart, I think the voyager with keyboard is around 50.
