My computer is consistently blue screening even though I have just resinstalled Windows. I have ran tests on the memory, have bought a new hard drive, and have ran tests on motherboard, with all of them showing nothing. I have scanned for malware and have tried system restore on multiple occasions to no avail. I have tested Windows 10 and Windows 7, both not working. The computer boots to my desktop, and I able to use it for a while (sometimes a few hours, sometimes only a minute) before Windows either closes all my applications and blue screens, or just blue screens without warning. The two common blue screen error messages I see are 0x00000f4 and 0x000007e. I have linked my mini dump files (the most recent ones) below for anyone willing to assist.

Ok now that the memory has passed the normal tests you need to move on to the CPU. Start with Prime 95 blend test for 12 hours. Blend tests both memory and CPU. Since the memory already tested good, if it errors then either the CPU Vcore voltage is off or the memory controller/uncore voltage is off.

Please post back if it errors or not. So we can know where to go from here. :)

also please post the PC's specs. Intel and AMD call the same things different names so to help keep the confusion to a minimum letting us know what parts you are using will help stop some confusion.
sounds like a hardware issue, most likely a BIOS setting is wrong would be my guess.

Start by testing the ram using Memtest86+. run this program as boot device in your bios and let it run for 3 full passes. the first will be quick the second two will take longer. IF the memory errors you will know because it will show up red on the lower half of the screen.

Ran memtest86+ for 3 passes, no errors. Also went ahead and used the memory diagnostic tool by Windows a couple of times and still no error. What now? Could it be mobo? My PC still crashes.
