Hi guys.. i've just bought the power supply i needed and now i wonder if i replace my power supply with the one i've bought, do i'll have to reinstall the windows after that ? I have Windows 10 Home btw(don't know if it was necessary to write "Home" too)

Solution
use some painter tape or white tape. and a marker. name the cables as you pull them (ie mian....8 pin cpu power...gpu power...sata. then line those cables up with new power supply and move the tape over to the new cables. plug in and test. if ok then pull tape.

No. You absolutely should not have to re-install windows for a power supply replacement. It's no different than pulling the power cord from the wall.
Shut it down nicely (don't sleep) pull the power cord from the wall/ups/surge whatever you have it plugged into and replace it. It will boot straight back up if you've re-connected everything inside properly.
