I have an air cooled GPU in a Corsair Air 540 Case and was wondering what would be the best case fans for this setup. It's between the Corsair Air Series - High Performance Edition or the Corsair Air Series - Quiet Edition. Overall I would like PWM fans (4 pin), non LED, with a strong combination of excellent cooling and low noise levels. If there's any other considerations for such a case fan, I am open for suggestions.

The best you'd be looking for would be the Corsair ML series fans.

For you, the best would be Corsair ML120 PRO,

ML (Mag-Lev) bearing offers near silent operation since there's no touching parts in the fan bearing. And with well optimized fan fins, you can use this fan ether as an AF (Air Flow) or SP (Static Pressure) fan. AF fans are best mounted as case fans while SP fans are best mounted as radiator fans.

I'm planning to get 4 of these for my Skylake build but the red LED ones and 140mm.

Hey Aeacus thanks for the info. I was looking at these for a bit, but I came across some negative views due to fans not holding alignment. The negative reviews were claiming the fans would scrape against the inner fan frame. But I am dealing with one of my case fans that I was planning on replacing later in the future with the exact same problem, and this one is not magnetically levitating. So I might as well take harder look at some more reviews on your recommendation and replace some fans sooner than later. There's no way I'm going to use this PC with the constant knocking of the fan fin scraping the frame or what not. I can not find the point of contact where the knocking persists. I guess I was destined for these Mag. fans.
