Hey I want to buy a new PC but not sure which one

If I had to choose, go with the second, but let me make you a list, then get a local store to put it together for you.
The second one is actually a fantastic deal for those components, i'd actually save the bother and get that.

Stupid question but the Lenovo PC apparently has a 970 instead of a 1070, is it just me reading it wrong or USB it stating false information?

It says 1070 as far as I can see.

If that isn't the case get the list I put together and get a local store to assemble it on the cheap, and get a Win 10 key from Kinguin with protection.
