R9 390X 8Gb PSU & Bottleneck

A store near me is selling a PowerColor PCS+ OC R9 390X 8Gb for $350 (Australian Dollars). My current system is:

Intel i5 4690
8GB 1600 MHz
Asrock H81M
Corsair VS550
Asus Radeon HD 7870 2GB

Questions are would my PSU have enough wattage to power the system with the 390X? Are there any other cards anyone can recommend? Would any part of my system be bottlenecked due to this upgrade?

PSU is big enough and will work just fine (total system draw will be ~400W). A GTX 1060 (6GB) or RX 480 (8GB) would be just as good or better (but you probably won't get them for that price; they're around AUS$440 I think). And no, your system won't bottleneck that GPU. Upgrading your RAM to 16GB would be a good idea though.

You psu has enough power, but it is a low quality unreliable psu. I would upgrade it sooner than later.

Great price.
There won't be any bottleneck, but i'd consider maybe upgrading that PSU if I were you, it is very unstable at higher load.
For that price I think you can get a 1060 6GB Windforce which performs very similarly while having a much lower power draw, meaning a psu upgrade is not needed.
